The Maine Coast Mall is located in Ellsworth, Maine at the junction of Routes 1 and 3, the two major throughways to both Mount Desert Island, the gateway to Acadia National Park, and to Downeast Maine and Washington County. The Mall directly faces Route 3, a heavily traveled six-lane thoroughfare, and enjoys a high average daily traffic count of 29,750. Additionally, all 2.8 million annual visitors to Acadia National Park pass by the Mall on Route 3. The Mall is accessible via multiple traffic lights for easy ingress and egress.
